The Diller Community Foundation Fund is pleased to announce a NEW opportunity for our young citizens to help Diller-Odell Schools and our community change and grow!
Diller community youth are invited to submit an idea that they have been thinking about for a while or a completely new idea—as long as it benefits others. Encourage area youth to consider how they could save something, create something or change something. Asking these questions will help ensure a strong idea: How would you like to make a difference in your community? How would you like to serve or help others?
The contest is open to youth in Kindergarten through 22 years of age living in the Diller area or going to Diller-Odell Public Schools. Individuals, small groups, clubs or classes are eligible to apply. We encourage youth groups or students working together to plan and complete a project. Four entries will be selected to receive up to $500 each to help complete the project.
We are looking for projects that have a positive impact in our community and can be completed by March 31, 2019. Applications are due December 1, 2017 and the winners will be announced after January 1, 2018. Applications can be requested by contacting the Diller Community Foundation Fund at email@example.com or are available at Diller-Odell Public Schools.
For additional information about this exciting opportunity, contact Beth Roelfs at 402-793- 5556.
Encourage youth to use creativity, energy, passion and interest to serve our community by applying today!
The Diller Community Foundation Fund is an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation.
