Fairbury Elks To Host Memorial Service

Fairbury Elks Honor Flag Day 2017, Fairbury News Now Nebraska NE
The public is invited to attend a Memorial Service to honor family and friends who were members of the Fairbury Elks Lodge #1203 at the time of their death.  The Memorial Service will be Sunday, Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. at the B.P.O.E. Lodge located at 525 G Street.
Deceased members who have died the past year and not previously honored are: Charles Barringer, Kent “Buzz” Criner, Dr. Floyd Hansmire, Robert “Bob” Howell, Dale Starr, all of Fairbury; Walter Coordsen of Hebron, Robert Flagle of Gilead, Dale Mooberry of Omaha, Fred Psota of Grand Island; John Barley of Washington, Kan.; Kenneth Howe of Scottsdale, Ariz.; Richard W. Johnson of Edina, Minn. and Leslie D. Ward of Mesa, Ariz. and Fairbury.  Also being honored, Mary Ann Muller  of Lincoln who served as Administrative Assistant at the Lodge for 40 years.
Everyone is invited to visit with family members and enjoy refreshments immediately following the ceremony.
