These are the very latest law enforcement records from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and from the Fairbury Police Department as of September 8, 2017:

From The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office:

August 29: Elvis A. Carbaughwas eastbound on Highway 8 in a 2005 Chrysler, east of Endicott. A deer jumped in front of the vehicle and the vehicle struck the deer. There was $2,000 of damage to the vehicle.

August 31: Report of an uncontrollable juvenile in Plymouth.

August 31: Report of a trespasser in rural Fairbury.

September 2: Report of a suspicious male at Rock Creek Station.

September 6: Danielle M. Kettelhut was eastbound on 708 Road when a deer jumped from the ditch, striking her 2012 Jeep. These was $2,000 of damage to the vehicle.

From The Fairbury Police Department:

August 24: Report of a juvenile complaint in the 800 block of H Street. A male was arrested.

August 24: Report of trespassing in the 600 block of E Street.

August 24: Report of a dog bite in the 1300 block of G Street.

August 24: Traffic stop in the 800 block of C Street.

August 26: Report of a disturbance in the 1200 block of A Street.

August 27: Traffic stop leading to minor in possession of alcohol.

August 27: Report of an assault in the 100 block of Fifth Street.

August 30: Report of vandalism in the 1300 block of D Street.

August 30: Report of a runaway juvenile.

August 31: Report of a gas drive-off at Maatsch in the 300 block of 14th Street.

August 31: Report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Fourth Street.

August 31: Report of a verbal disturbance in the 900 block of Fifth Street.

August 31: Robert M. Vculek reported that someone struck his 2011 Dodge, though he wasn’t sure when or where the accident occurred. It appeared that the truck had been sideswiped from the passenger door to the tail light. There was white transfer paint on the vehicle. Two dents were also noted. There are no suspects at this time. There was $2,000 of damage to Vculek’s vehicle.

September 2: Report of a disturbance in the 700 block of D Street.

September 2: Report of a disturbance in the 1400 block of Fourth Street.

September 2: Report of a cat shot with an arrow in the 1000 block of H Street.

September 3: Report of an assault in the 1100 block of F Street.
