Tri County Throws Back To The '50s, Fairbury News Now Nebraska NE

After only 14 practice sessions, Tri County’s students took to the stage Saturday and Sunday to put on a top-notch performance of “Pompadours and Poodle Skirts.” The play was set in the 1950s and focused on a rock ‘n’ roll star visiting a small community, meeting a variety of characters. Even audience members played a role in the fun as the actors and actresses invited audience members to dance to some of the hit songs from the ’50s at the end of the play.
