Charges: Operate Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest (4 Felony), 1st Degree Criminal Trespass (1 Misdemeanor), Leave the Scene of an Accident (2 Misdemeanor), No Proof of Insurance (2 Misdemeanor), Driving Under Suspension (3 Misdemeanor), Willful Reckless Driving (3 Misdemeanor)
Passenger: Eric D. Nicholson Age 34 of Fairbury, Nebraska
Charges: Obstructing a Peace Officer (1 Misdemeanor)
Speth was arrested on May 04, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska and Nicholson was arrested on May 08, 2017 in Beatrice, Nebraska.
