On April 10, 2017 the Fairbury Police Department issued a press release on a pursuit that occurred in the City of Fairbury on April 09, 2017 where the driver and passenger ran after crashing their vehicle. Arrest warrants were obtained for both subjects and both subjects are in custody. Below is the information on the subjects and charges.

Speth was arrested on May 04, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska and Nicholson was arrested on May 08, 2017 in Beatrice, Nebraska.
